Masai Marra

Aww the African massage! That's what they call a three hour drive on a Kenyan highway. Our first day of safari started with one of these and it certainly loosened us up for the rest of the trip. We were lucky enough to hook up with a great safari company BIG TIME SAFARI on our first day in Nairobi and they quickly got us on the bumpy road/shoulder/ditch that took us to the Masai Mara. The Masai Mara is at the northern end of the Serengeti Plain and is the location of the great Wildebeest migration that I'm sure you've all seen on the discovery channel. We camped here at a permanent tented site and did a game drive first thing in the morning.I'll post some shots of the Masai people tomorrow, but first I'll pop up just a few shots of the first group of animals we saw when entering the park.

A WORD OF THANKS TO Mr.Allan +254722570722 @ BIG TIME SAFARIS LTD www.bigtimesafaris.co.ke and diani sea resort in mombasa

I indeed take this earliest opportunity to sincerely utter the word of thanks to every one who helped me organize my trip in great style and affordable package I loved it and for sure you guys made my long dream for Africa ; anyway good friends who might be doing the trip with Big Time Safaris ltd ,I had a ball doing a 10 days safari balloon safaris inclusive;- Maasai mara ,Nakuru ,Samburu Mt.Kenya [the mau mau caves] the freedom fighters’ point samburu and amboseli.

My driver / guide Mr.George Odingo +254722880335 of Big time safaris limited Nairobi is very proffesional and knowledgable & great and found all the animals.Awesome Elephants @ Amboseli, Lions@ Maasai mara,cheetahs/leopards @samburu & rhino @l.Nakuru.
The accommodations right from the Big time safaris tented camp in maasai mara to where where Mr.Allan booked me in in mombasa DIANI SEA LODGE was really comfortable and the meals were very filling!!

I did 3 village visits also which was a mazing show of culture and colour .Also a great chance to buy some very unique and good looking souvineers.

My advise to you travelers get information first before you pay anything please they have friendly staffs who are always keeping their wordings and punctuality from the office to the middle of no where [game parks] to crown it all they were of great help to me every one was good and I will definitely be back in the near future with a bit more time and will be booking all tours through you guys.
